Book Club - Body Thrive Series

Book Club meets every first Sunday of the month at 6 PM.

The next meeting on Sunday, September 8, will review Body Thrive, written by Cate Stillman a book that will totally change your perspective on what your current habits are, and inspire you to make small changes that compound to make a huge impact over time. It is a simple, clear and non intimidating guide to modern Ayurveda. In the 10 sections she teaches how to easily integrate one small change every week. This month’s focus will be on meditation and breathwork.
