Weekly Class Schedule

A talented crew of independent trainers and fitness teachers lead classes at the DGBodyworks Studio. To sign up for these classes or to learn more please email the individual teacher. Class descriptions and teacher contact information is posted below the schedule.

Group fitness classes are $10 drop-in unless otherwise noted. 10-class cards are available for $80 and can be used for most classes.

Class Descriptions

GROW YOUNG - A COMPLETE CHAIR WORKOUT FOR ADULTS

WEDNESDAYS 4 PM, October 10 through November 14

Low Impact Aerobic exercise done in the chair or on a fitball; Strength training exercises to improve bone density and muscular strength, Balance exercises and Yoga Stretches to relieve tension and improve range of motion. $30 for all four classes or $10 drop in. Space is limited so call Lori at 603-401-8123 to reserve your space.

 

BEGINNER TAI CHI

THURSDAYS 7 PM, starting October 4

Taught by Djemila Cavanaugh, come to discover and share a soft and grounding practice to improve alignment, balance and prevent or relieve postural pains; reduce stress, and strengthen legs and core muscles. Available to all levels.

ADVANCED TAI CHI

Join Djemilla to take your Tai Chi to the next level.

 

YOGA CLASSES

TUESDAYS at 4:30 PM and SATURDAYS AT 8 AM

HOT YOGA FLOW

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21 AT 10:30 a.m.

Let go of stress and toxins and prepare for fall in this hot vinyasa flow class designed to clear the mind as well as to cleanse the body.  Bring a mat, water bottle and a towel. Contact Lori 603-401-8123 for more information.
