Weekly Class Schedule
A talented crew of independent trainers and fitness teachers lead classes at the DGBodyworks Studio. To sign up for these classes or to learn more please email the individual teacher. Class descriptions and teacher contact information is posted below the schedule.
Group fitness classes are $10 drop-in unless otherwise noted. 10-class cards are available for $80 and can be used for most classes.

Get your cardio up! This is an interval training class that will keep you engaged; get ready to sweat and challenge yourself.
Yoga and Meditation with Karen
End your work day with this energy boosting and soul lightening class.
Barre with Erin
If you're after a stronger core, better balance, and better posture, barre may be the perfect fit for you. No ballet experience needed; we use the barre and your own bodyweight to get toned. $10 drop-in.
Donation class – pay based on what you can financially afford and the value you receive
Team taught by certified YogaFit instructors Lori Wright and Karen McNamara, come improve core strength and balance, stretch and strengthen muscles, and promote a sense of well-being. With consistent flow, connection to the breath, positive affirmations, and meditation, you will leave the class with a sense of peace. All levels welcome.
Beginner's Yoga with Lori
A slow flow vinyasa class providing basic postures and showing modifications for a variety of options to honor the body you have today. Perfect for those just beginning a yoga practice, those with orthopedic issues, or for those looking for a non-competitive class to hone in on their existing practice. Receive the benefits of yoga without having to go down to the floor! This 45-minute class provides breathing exercises, flowing movements to improve mobility and circulation, strengthening poses, balance, and meditation. Use the fitball to improve balance and core strength or use the chair for a more relaxing practice. Class space limited, please contact Lori to sign up at firstname.lastname@example.org.
