Class Descriptions

TAI CHI

THURSDAYS 7 PM

Taught by Djemila Cavanaugh, come to discover and share a soft and grounding practice to improve alignment, balance and prevent or relieve postural pains; reduce stress, and strengthen legs and core muscles. Available to all levels. Registration open for new students in September.

YOGA CLASSES

SATURDAYS AT 9 AM

All-level classes designed to improve core strength and balance, stretch and strengthen muscles, and promote a sense of well-being. Contact Lori 603-401-8123 for more information.

 

AERIAL YOGA

SATURDAYS at 10:30 AM by appointment only.

Decompress and lengthen the spine to take your yoga to a deeper level with traditional mat yoga poses and postures fully or partially suspended in the air by a soft silk hammock. Contact Denise Gebroe to register.

 

INDOOR CYCLE

Ready to give indoor cycling a spin? Prepare to drip with sweat, get your blood pumping, and want to come back for more. Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins. Bikes are limited so pre-registration is a must.

Get ready to sweat for a workout that will leave you feeling challenged and engaged – worth getting up early for!

 

BARRE STRONG

MONDAYS at 5:30 PM

Runs for about 50 minutes. Using weights and resistance bands along with the barre to build strength and stability while rocking to great music.

 

BARRE SCULPT

WEDNESDAYS at 5:30 PM

Using body weight and the barre with longer sets to lift, sculpt and tone muscles. Missing the pulsing and the holding of traditional barre? This one is for you!
