CORE OF CONDITIONING
Mondays 4:30 pm & Thursdays at 5pm

Pilates on the mat style class with balance and gentle conditioning. Don’t be afraid. Give it a try! To reserve, contact Denise at denisegebroe@gmail.com. $15 for a drop in or $120 for a 10-class punch card.

YOGA with Mikayla
Mondays at 6:15 pm

Sundays at 10 am on last Sunday of the month
Mikayla marries deep slow flow aligned vinyassa, anusara, yin and restorative yoga. Her style is a safe, loving, non-judgmental container created so we can BE more honest with ourselves. She encourages self-inquiry, appreciating mind, body, and spirit right where you are with a natural curiosity to go deeper through breath, mindfulness and movement. Core Conditioning / Body Fusion with Marion
Tuesdays at 5:00 pm

Marion blends concepts from Pilates and Barre to deliver a full-body workout that tones, sculpts and strengthens. Using high-rep, low-impact movements with light or body weight to build lean muscle, boost endurance and improve core stability and posture. Expect a dynamic, energizing experience that leaves you feeling strong, balanced and empowered. All fitness levels welcome with options to modify. Barefoot or sticky socks preferred. MEDITATION with Michael
Whether you’re battling anxiety, stress or depression, having a hard time focusing, seeking spiritual growth, or simply want to feel better and be more present, this class helps you quiet your mind, get your ego in check, and live a more fully present life. Donation based.



AERIAL YOGA
By private class or by appointment

Decompress and lengthen the spine to take your yoga to a deeper level with traditional mat yoga poses and postures fully or partially suspended in the air by a soft silk hammock. Contact Denise at denisegebroe@gmail.com


About the Instructors:

Mikayla supports individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom through spiritual counseling/spiritual direction, intuitive guidance, and embodied practice. Her work blends interspiritual ministry, trauma-sensitive presence, and over two decades of yoga and contemplative study. Her approach rests on four pillars: Presence, Compassion, Clarity, and Remembrance.

Marion’s approach is practical, positive, and joyful. She designs classes that move every body part, challenge the body safely, and leave participants feeling energized and alive. Gratitude for what our bodies do—from circulating blood to repairing cells—is central to cueing and the community. She is known for her uplifting energy, encouraging instruction, and themed playlists that make workouts fun and memorable.

I am wholeheartedly dedicated to helping my clients reach their goals by providing a unique, one-on-one experience. Understanding that everybody is different enables me to develop specialized programs that allow each client to follow his/her individual progression successfully. Each program includes clear guidance, intrinsic motivation and full support throughout the entire journey.
