Individual Personal Training

60 Minute — $75

For those seeking professional, individualized instruction that is tailored specifically to your needs and goals, my personal training sessions are a worthwhile investment in your health. 

I challenge my clients to reach further than they expect that they can. I'm ready to work with you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

Group Personal Training Services

60 Minutes — $35

I currently offer three group sessions a week consisting of four people each. Participants commit to one set day and group for the complete six week session. Each session if $35 ($210 for all six weeks). 

At the end we will take a group field trip to Snap fitness in North Springfield.  All participants will receive a free weeklong membership there. 

Participants also receive one massage for $50 ($20 off).
