CORE OF CONDITIONING
Mondays 4:30 pm & Wednesdays 5 pm

YOGA
Mondays at 6:15 pm

Sundays at 10 am on last Sunday of the month
Mikayla marries deep slow flow aligned vinyassa, anusara, yin and restorative yoga. Her style is a safe, loving, non-judgmental container created so we can BE more honest with ourselves. She encourages self-inquiry, appreciating mind, body, and spirit right where you are with a natural curiosity to go deeper through breath, mindfulness and movement. INDOOR CYCLING
Fridays at 6:30 am

Ready to give indoor cycling a spin? Prepare to drip with sweat, get your blood pumping, and want to come back for more. Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins. Bikes are limited so pre-registration is a must. To reserve, contact Lori at loriwright163@gmail.com.

MEDITATION
Thursdays 4:30 pm

Whether you’re battling anxiety, stress or depression, having a hard time focusing, seeking spiritual growth, or simply want to feel better and be more present, this class helps you quiet your mind, get your ego in check, and live a more fully present life. Donation based.

PRIVATE GROUP YOGA CLASS $100 PLUS $20/PP

CANDLELIGHT YOGA

Saturdays at 9 am (March 2 through March 30)

AERIAL YOGA
By private class or by appointment

Decompress and lengthen the spine to take your yoga to a deeper level with traditional mat yoga poses and postures fully or partially suspended in the air by a soft silk hammock. Contact Denise at denisegebroe@gmail.com.
